How does this service work?

How much does this service cost?
Please see the Price List.  The price list is subject to change without prior notice.

How/when do I pay for the service?
After you receive the confirmation email verifying that your request will be completed in time for your event, you will also receive a request for payment email.  This email will include a link to the PayPal online payment system.  Payment through PayPal can be made using credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or funds from your PayPal account.

When will you begin work on my order?
Work will begin on your order after confirmation of payment in full is made through PayPal.  Orders received after 4:00 pm Central Time will be processed the following business day.

When will I receive the first draft of my document?
This is dependent on which service you've ordered, the amount of information you've provided, and the date of your event.  An estimated completion date of the first draft will be included in your confirmation email.  Please be aware that any orders or payments received after 4:00 pm Central Time will not be processed until the following business day.

What are your business hours?
Unless otherwise noted, business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Central Time; Closed weekends and holidays.

What if I need my finished product within 48 hours?
Expedited service is available for an additional fee.  Please call 701-527-9449 for more information prior to submitting your order.

How is my order delivered to me?
Your order will be saved in a Microsoft Word document and sent to you via email.

What if I don't have access to Microsoft Word?
Please enter "Do not have access to Word" in the additional comments field of the order form.  Your document will then be sent to you in the body of an email.

Do you provide revisions?
Yes.  You will have the opportunity to request up to two revisions.  Once you receive your first draft, please review carefully.  If you are not 100% satisfied, simply send an email to revisions@youhavemywords.com with any comments or corrections.  Be sure to include your confirmation number in the email.  If needed, the process is the same for the second revision.

If I request a revision, when will I receive the updated document?
Unless otherwise noted or agreed upon, the updated document will typically be emailed to you within two business days of the date your request was processed.  Requests submitted after 4:00 pm Central Time will be processed the following business day.

Do you provide any other writing services besides what is listed on your site?
Complete the Contact form with your request and you will be contacted with a determination of whether or not the service can be provided.  If it is determined the service can be provided, a price quote and estimated completion date will also be provided.

Do you provide services in any language other than English?
Unfortunately, no.

Are there any payment options available other than PayPal?
If you would like to purchase writing services from You Have My Words, but do not have a PayPal account or do not wish to create an account, please call 701-527-9449 for other options.

Do you supply refunds?
Due to the nature of the services provided by You Have My Words, refunds are not available under any circumstance.
