Please review these Terms and Conditions of Use carefully and entirely prior to obtaining or using any services from You Have My Words (herein abbreviated YHMW - all references to YHMW are inclusive of the business and its owner).  By  accessing the YHMW web site at www.youhavemywords.com (herein called "the web site") you agree to accept, without limitation, all of these Terms and Conditions of Use.  If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions of Use, please do not order services from YHMW and exit "the web site" immediately.

Confirmation of Delivery
All documents are delivered via email.  All emails will be sent with a request for a delivery receipt and a read receipt.  If no delivery error is received and you choose not to send the read receipt, successful delivery of your document will be assumed.

Content
YHMW makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding "the web site" and all information, content, and services included on, or otherwise made available to you through "the web site."

Delivery Delays
YHMW assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery of services due to customer negligence.  This includes, but is not limited to:  Customers providing inaccurate contact information (email address and phone number), and delayed customer response to telephone and/or email requests from YHMW for additional information.

YHMW assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery of services due to any other unforeseeable events that are outside the control of YHMW.

Liability
YHMW assumes no liability for any content or information that any person may find offensive.  This includes, but is not limited to, any content or information provided on "the web site" or on the documents provided through any writing service offered on "the web site" or by request from any customer.

Links
"The web site" may contain links to other web sites.  YHMW is not responsible for the privacy practices or the information, products, and services available on these other web sites.

Ownership
You become sole owner of any written document that you have purchased from YHMW.  YHMW may post sample portions of your document on "the web site", however, will not do so without your written consent.

Payment
YHMW utilizes the PayPal online payment system.  Payments made using PayPal are subject to the PayPal User Agreement and Privacy Policy.  Work will not begin on your order until confirmation of payment is made through PayPal.

Privacy
The business conducted by YHMW is done so via telephone or email communication.  Your contact information (name, email address, and phone number) is collected and used solely for the purpose of providing the services listed on "the web site" or other writing services as requested.  By using "the web site" to obtain these services, you are authorizing YHMW to contact you regarding your order.  The contact information you provide will not be divulged to any third party unless required by law or to prevent or investigate fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Refunds
Due to the nature of the services provided by YHMW, refunds are not available under any circumstance.

Samples
All writing samples provided on "the web site" are property of YHMW and may not be plagiarized or used in any manner without expressed written consent of the writer.

Service
YHMW is committed to exceptional customer service; however, YHMW does reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Testimonials
By completing and submitting the testimonial form, you are authorizing YHMW to post your comments on "the web site". This includes your first name, city, and state.  Any other identifying information, such as your last name, email address, and phone number will not be included.

These Terms and Conditions of Use may be updated at any time.  Any updates made to this document will be posted.
